All products are handmade, packaged and shipped from Round Rock, Texas.
Packages typically ship within 1-3 business days from your order confirmation. Allow an additional 2-9 business days for normal freight time to your destination. We ship all orders via UPS, USPS or FedEx. We are able to ship to PO Boxes.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days.
We are currently unable to ship orders outside the U.S. We are also unable to accept international credit cards for all orders.

If you are not happy with your product within 30 days of receipt, we will process a return for you. For a full refund, minus the shipping cost, to your original form of payment, items must be new or at least half-full and purchased from 826and.Co.com
You can now request a return online. Please log in to your account or create one, go to your orders page, click order details, and click start a return. Please note, we cannot process a return for products purchased through other retail outlets. Refunds and credit are available only for purchases made through 826andco.com.
All returns must be received, within weeks of our approval of the return. If not, we will not be able to authorize the refund. We cannot process your credit until the product is received. Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3 to 5 days business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at 826 and Co.’s discretion.We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
Broken or Missing Items
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken and/or missing after the 30-day return policy and without a photo of the broken items in the shipped box.
