Orders are shipped from Round Rock, Texas.
Orders over $65 before tax ship FREE.
We typically ship within 1–3 business days of your order confirmation, but processing could take up to 5 days. Allow an additional 2–5 business days for your package to arrive to your destination.
We are closed on weekends and holidays. During special promotions and launches, we may need a little extra time for our small team to prepare products for delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Priority shipping is available for selection at checkout.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. All purchases with a gift card are final sale. We do not cover return shipping or refund shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase. Return package must be postmarked before the 30-day return window closes in order to receive a refund. If the package is postmarked outside the return window, we have the right to refuse the return or offer a store credit only.
ACCEPTED RETURNS
All products aside from gift cards and those marked as Final Sale can be returned within the accepted return window.
If you receive a free gift with your order, and you want to return your order, you must send back the free gift as well. 826 & Co. has the right to refuse the return or deduct the retail price of the free gift from the refund if the free item is not shipped back as well.
Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you received a damaged product, please email us at order@826andCo.com with a photo of the damaged item + shipping box within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can replace it. 826andCo does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.
