Absolutely no. We never test our products on animals. Piper and Oliver are looking forward to us crafting a line for them and their friends.
Yes! All of our products are crafted in the United States. Our ingredients are carefully natural, organic, fair-trade, and wild-crafted, sourced from around the world and handpicked by Jaime.
Our creations are formulated through the lens of nature. We intentionally blend plant-based ingredients with safe, skin-supportive synthetics when they enhance performance, stability, and/or results. Every ingredient is chosen with intention, not trend, so your skin and scalp receive the right care in the right amount and at the right time.
Yes! You may safely order our products through Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify’s “Shop” app.

SHPPING & RETURNS
All orders ship directly from Round Rock, Texas, where we create, formulate, and manufacture our entire product line.
Yes! Shipping is FREE on orders over $65 (U.S. shipping addresses only). For orders below $60, shipping is a flat $7.00.
Orders are processed within 1–5 days. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are often shipped the same day or within 1–2 days, so changes or cancellations are usually not possible.
If needed, contact order@826andco.com with your order number and include “order cancellation or change” in the subject line.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working on expanding shipping options and will share updates when available.
Returns are accepted for full-sized products (no exchanges) if they are at least half full.
Return shipping costs are not covered.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but left unattended or delivered to incorrect addresses.
We will gladly replace damaged items.

It’s okay. The Barrier Balm and Flower Power Exfoliating Cleansing Balm may melt or change consistency during transit in warm or hot climates.
Barrier Balm:
Replace the lid and place the jar in the freezer for 1 hour. Let it return to room temperature before use.
Flower Power Exfoliating Cleansing Balm:
Stir well, then place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove and stir again to ensure the French grey salt is evenly distributed. Return to the freezer for another 45 minutes, then allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Absolutely! Adding products to your Ritual Renewal is simple.
For a one-time add-on:
Log in and select your desired products from the banner labeled “Add items to your next delivery.” These will be included in your upcoming shipment.
For a recurring subscription:
Navigate to the product page, select Ritual Renewal, and proceed to checkout. You can adjust each product’s delivery frequency anytime to match your preferred schedule.
